My responsibilities include researching potential purchasers, undertaking financial analysis to support with valuations, supporting the creation of information memoranda and drafting pitching decks. I am generally sector agnostic, but I am currently developing a specialism within manufacturing, engineering and recruitment sectors.
Experience counts
As part of the Corporate Finance team, I assist in various aspects of the deal process and support the senior deals team. I am currently working towards becoming ACA qualified.
Personally speaking
Outside of work, I enjoy staying fit by playing Padel, going to the gym, and running with plans for a marathon next year. Hopefully London if I can get in!
When not staying fit I love socialising with my friends through activities such as hiking, meeting for coffee or drinks.
I also have a passion for travel and recently visited Thailand where highlights included visiting a Capybara café and seeing the beautiful sights of the Phi Phi Islands in person. I have an upcoming trip to Bali and look forward to exploring Europe on city breaks in the Future.
