My responsibilities include the drafting of marketing materials, buyer and valuation research as well as financial analysis.
As well as this I will oversee the day-to-day running of transaction timetables to ensure the smooth execution of acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, fundraising and a range of other advisory services.

Prior to joining PKF Smith Cooper, I worked in the M&A team of a top 10 accountancy firm.
Before moving into M&A, I spent several years advising non-audited clients on aspects ranging from management accounts through to personal and corporate tax planning. During my time working with non-audited businesses, I successfully completed the ACCA qualification.
Through both my previous roles I have extensive experience working with owner-managed businesses in many different industries and stages in their company journey.
Deeper knowledge
With a little over 10 years’ experience working within professional services, mainly working with privately owned businesses, I have worked across several different industries. Although my experience is sector agnostic thus far, I have strong experience within the financial services and healthcare industries.
Personally speaking
Outside of life at PKF Smith Cooper, I am a keen sports and music fan. I can be found on the golf course most weekends and am often spotted at live music events across the Midlands.
