Having graduated with a Masters in Physics, I began working in Leeds for a top ten accountancy practice in their tax department.
Upon relocating to the East Midlands, I worked for over 5 years for a small practice where I obtained my CTA (Chartered Tax Advisor) qualification.
Prior to moving to PKF Smith Cooper in 2018, I worked for a top 20 accountancy practice in their specialist tax advisory team advising a wide variety of clients across the Midlands with their tax affairs.
Deeper knowledge
I have a broad knowledge across income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and corporation tax.
More specialist areas I have expertise in include remuneration planning, tax implications of exiting a business and trust taxation.
Personally speaking
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family and am an avid reader.
