Management buy-out led by directors Peter Aisthorpe and Stephen Woodcock, of a proportion of the equity owned by the founder shareholders Paul Skelton and Graham Smith, of Kingfisher Construction Services Ltd, Derby, England, a building contractor specialising in the refurbishment of retail outlets. Consideration GB£3m (US$4.27m). Funding in support of the deal was arranged by the Bank of Scotland.
