I have experience advising on transactions in the mid-market, providing both buy-side and sell-side support (including management buy-outs, fundraising, valuations and corporate disposals). I have worked with SMEs, large corporates and private equity houses, and successfully completed regional, national and global sale mandates.
I work with clients in a wide range of sectors, notably the automotive, financial services, technology, specialist engineering, and business services sectors.
Before joining PKF, I held senior positions at two top five international firms. This included leading a national automotive corporate finance team for one of the ‘Big Four’, working with OEMs and supply chain manufacturers as well as retail, distribution and leasing businesses.
I have developed a specific specialism in selling companies and strive for best practice on running deals, accessing international purchasers, and creating competitive tension with the aim of maximising options and value for my clients.
I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and hold the FCS-recognised Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, a qualification widely recognised as a standard for investment business.
