I am experienced in advising on mid-market transactions, providing both buy-side and sell-side support (including management buy-outs, fund raising and corporate disposals).
Through my extensive work on complex transactions, I have secured high value deals for clients in a wide range of sectors, in particular fast food, healthcare, leisure, education, training, engineering, food, printing/packaging, transport and IT.
I have significant experience in the fast-food franchise area – predominantly internationally renowned brands such as KFC, Costa Coffee, Starbucks and Domino’s. My expertise covers company sales, acquisitions, bid proposals, business planning, fundraising and valuations.
I am a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and was awarded the corporate finance (CF) qualification by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2011. The CF qualification is widely recognised as the global standard for the corporate finance industry.
What can I do for your organisation?
Whether you are looking to transform, grow or exit your business, I can provide intensive management of corporate acquisitions, management buyouts, mergers and sales.
I can also help you with succession planning, preparing your business for sale, business planning and fundraising, and can provide target search services for companies, private equity firms or individuals wanting to acquire.
If you operate in the fast-food franchise sector, my specialist experience and market knowledge can help you secure greater value deals.
Building a close client-adviser relationship is key to making sure you get the best value for your transaction and the deal is delivered quickly and efficiently with minimum risk.
Deal success
Personally speaking
Outside work I love spending time with my family. I spend time planning holidays and then enjoy going on them. I like to attend live music and comedy events when I can, and I also enjoy outdoor activities including walking, cycling and caravanning. I also have an interest in motorsports (as a spectator rather than a participator).
