Childbase Nurseries Ltd, England, a nursery operator acquired Grandfort Properties Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary, Grandfort Nurseries, trading as six Grasshopper Nurseries.
Teams from the corporate finance and specialist tax divisions of Smith Cooper recently advised the shareholders on the sale, to the larger national nursery operator in a multi-million pound transaction.
