PKF Smith Cooper welcomes Chloe Fisher as Corporate Finance Manager, strengthening our Midlands M&A advisory team at a pivotal time for the firm.

With an active pipeline for 2026, the Corporate Finance team is building on the momentum of a successful 2025 and expects continued growth across growth investment work, sell-side mandates, debt advisory and acquisition support. This expansion is further supported by the rapid growth of the firm’s Transaction Services team.

Chloe started her career in audit with a Big Four firm and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. She moved into M&A shortly after, advising owner-managed businesses on company sales over the next three years at a boutique corporate finance firm.

Last year, our Corporate Finance team completed transactions totalling £400 million, with activity spanning a diverse range of sectors including industrials and engineering, professional services, self-storage, and food and beverage.

On joining the firm, Chloe commented: “PKF Smith Cooper has a strong reputation for delivering successful outcomes for owner-managed businesses, and I’m excited to join the Corporate Finance team at a time of growing deal activity. I’m looking forward to working with ambitious management teams across the West Midlands and beyond, providing clear, commercial advice through every stage of a transaction and helping clients achieve the best possible result.”

Darren Hodson, Corporate Finance Partner, commented:

“We are delighted to welcome Chloe to the team. As market activity continues to strengthen, we have a busy year ahead and Chloe’s experience in advising owner-managed businesses means she will be able to hit the ground running. She will be an invaluable addition to the team.”
