I work in our Corporate Finance team where we specialise in advising on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, fundraising and a range of other advisory services, acting on behalf of business owners, management teams and private equity.
Experience counts
Prior to joining PKF Smith Cooper I worked in the audit department of a top 10 firm for 5 years, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2022. As a result, I have extensive experience working closely with owner managed and private equity backed business across a range of sectors in the Midlands.
Deeper knowledge
I have worked with clients across a wide range of sectors but have completed many assignments on clients in the automotive, manufacturing and education sectors.
Personally speaking
Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching football – although being a supporter of Glasgow Rangers I am not sure how much fun that really is! I may also be found taking the dog out for long walks at the weekend.
