I am Transactions Services Manager based in our Derby office and specialise in Financial Due Diligence, Business Valuations and FP&A.
What can I do for your organisation?
I work alongside our partners to deliver wide range of services including Business Valuations, FP&A and Financial Due Diligence on all types of deals.
I support organisations and individuals who are buying or selling businesses, providing a focused review of the financials to make sure that the price being proposed is fair and that everything is exactly what it says on the tin.
My strong problem-solving skills coupled with my analytical mind set make me well positioned to understand our clients and deliver outcomes which exceed our client’s expectations.
Experience counts
I started my career in 2015, with Deloitte in London, working within their Risk Advisory department. I have experience of working with large corporate clients, as well as SME’s and owner-managed businesses. My strong commercial awareness is driven by my exposure to clients operating across a range of industries.
Deeper knowledge
I have expertise working with clients in a wide range of sectors, notably recycling and steel manufacturers.
I draw on both my education and my experience to date to bring commercially focused support throughout the transaction process.
Personally speaking
Away from PKF Smith Cooper, I enjoy travelling, photography and playing chess.
