I provide a complete range of business recovery and restructuring services to individuals and businesses operating in a range of industries, and pride myself on the delivery of high quality advice in a professional and approachable manner.
Experience counts
I have extensive experience in all corporate restructuring work and I am a specialist in complex property and construction assignments. As a result, I have in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the pitfalls that developers and contractors face, which I have used to achieve success in restructuring contracting businesses through Company Voluntary Arrangements.
Deeper knowledge
Aside from property work, I have also been involved in an appointment of Interim Managers by the Charity Commission over a national children’s cancer charity which I traded for six months while investigating past conduct of the charity, assessed its future viability and safeguarded the beneficiaries’ funds. This was a particularly challenging assignment requiring not only the usual high level of professionalism, but also the utmost compassion and sensitivity due to the vulnerable nature of the beneficiaries and their families.
Personally speaking
Outside of work, I enjoy playing squash, horse racing and other country pursuits.
