I specialise in the provision of financial due diligence services for a wide array of clients, from individual investors to private equity houses and corporates.
My role is to support clients in gaining comfort over the financials of the business they are looking to acquire, which includes providing deep insights into trading, flagging key risk considerations, and identifying areas in which additional value should be pursued. My hands-on approach, thorough way of working, and open ‘no surprises’ attitude to communication ensures that clients are able to make informed decisions throughout their deal process.
I also specialise in the provision of vendor due diligence and vendor assist services, supporting those looking to sell all, or part of their businesses. This can include working closely with clients to compile and present a detailed suite of financials, using data analytics tools where appropriate, as well as navigating carve-out complexities, identifying value drivers and inputting into the positioning of deal considerations.

Experience counts
I commenced my career in 2012 as an Audit Trainee, before making the move to Corporate Finance Advisory in 2016. Since then, I have become a specialist in the provision of Transaction Services, through roles at Deloitte and RSM – working with a wide spectrum of clients from private investors to FTSE 100 corporates. I am an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and hold a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.

Whilst I enjoy working across an array of sectors, I have particularly strong experience of working on transactions across the industrials (manufacturing, engineering and distribution), consumer, sports, and professional services sectors.
Personally speaking
Outside of work, I’m an avid traveller with a particular love for the great outdoors. I’ve been fortunate to explore some incredible places, including Australia, Colombia and the Canadian Rockies. I enjoy staying active through running, swimming, and playing badminton and squash – but certainly would not consider myself a pro! I’m also a keen football fan, and love to follow the F1.
