I work across all sectors in the mid-market and have particular expertise in the automotive, self-storage and technology/telecommunications sectors.
I have been advising on transactions since 2017 and my M&A experience includes acting both buy-side and sell-side including; company acquisitions, valuations, company disposals, management buyouts, sales to and investment from private equity, and raising finance.
In 2023, I was nominated as one of the region’s leading dealmakers in the Emerging Dealmaker category (aged 35 and below) in both Insider Midlands and East Midlands Dealmakers Awards.
During my earlier career, I qualified as a chartered accountant having worked in the audit and assurance divisions of EY and Grant Thornton. I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc (Hons) in Economics.

I can help you to outline, understand and assess your strategic options and design a bespoke process aligned to deliver against your M&A objectives. Having agreed the process, I provide high intensity deal management in order to guide clients through the M&A process and deliver successful outcomes.
I can help you secure all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts (MBOs), fundraisings, and strategic reviews. I am very happy to support you initially by providing an indicative valuation or strategic assessment.
My work includes developing exit strategies and acquisition strategies and executing deals. This involves undertaking detailed financial analysis and critiquing financial models, producing key selling documentation and presentations, researching and engaging with acquirers, negotiations, deal structuring/modelling and offer analysis, as well as high intensity project management.

Outside of work, my passions are sports, travel and F1. I am an avid golfer and can often be found at the golf course on dry weekends. I have been lucky enough to combine the latter two passions and attend a number of F1 races overseas including Singapore and Australia, as well as getting behind the wheel and lapping the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi in something less powerful!
More recently I have picked up Padel, which is one of the fastest growing racket sports in the UK. One of the largest UK padel centres is conveniently located within a stone’s throw of our Derby office and I try to play as often as I can.
