We have moved into a new office in Pride Park in Derby, as our firm continues its expansion.

Renovations and refurbishment with fit out specialists began in spring to transform ‘Prospect House’, c12,500 square foot and grade A office space into a modern, open plan working environment over three floors, complete with leisure facilities including a gym, flexible meeting spaces and state-of-the-art technology for hybrid events and working.

David Nelson, Senior Partner at PKF Smith Cooper, commented, “Derby has been home to PKF Smith Cooper since its incorporation in 1985 and our move to Pride Park is a direct result of our firm’s ongoing expansion. As our team, service offering and client base continue to grow, a larger, more collaborative working space was required to meet our needs.

“Although we have embraced hybrid working across the firm, we believe that a tangible presence in our key locations remains an essential part of providing our clients with the high quality service they have come to expect from us.”

James Bagley, Managing Partner at PKF Smith Cooper, said, “Moving our Derby team into these new premises was the next stage in our strategic plan to build our regional and national reputation as accountants and advisors to ambitious businesses. After joining PKF International’s network last year, we are making the most of our global connections along with our extensive local experience to push further growth. We look forward to seeing where this new chapter takes us.”

We have offices in Nottingham, Birmingham and Ashbourne, and the move means that the firm will continue to support businesses around the country and internationally through membership of the PKF network, whilst cementing its presence in the Midlands.

Prospect House will also be the new Head Office for our group companies Infuse, who provide IT Support and cyber security services, and leading Sage provider, PKF Smith Cooper Systems.
