Senior Tax Manager Michelle Bryan joins PKF Smith Cooper, bringing over 20 years of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Michelle joins the firm from Wilson Wright which merged with BKL and brings a wealth of experience from a varied tax background, in which she has advised both businesses – focusing on owner-managed businesses – and individuals on a wide range of matters.
She has previously worked in a variety of firms, from small independents to Top 20 practices, advised on all types of corporate transactions, assisting clients in navigating the complexities of the UK tax system from both an individual and corporate perspective. Her main areas of specialism include advising clients on corporate restructuring, enterprise investment schemes (EIS), employee incentivisation, global mobility tax matters and the tax residence positions of both individuals and companies.
The Tax Advisory team at PKF Smith Cooper welcomes Michelle following an exciting cohort of promotions that saw three team members promoted to senior roles in the new year.
