I joined PKF in 2023 as an executive, having previously worked in the Corporate Finance team at a top 10 accounting firm. Since joining, the strong deal flow at PKF has allowed me to experience a breadth of deals in a variety of sectors. I remain largely sector agnostic, but I am currently developing a specialism within the financial services, technology and self-storage sectors.
I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and I am currently undertaking the ICAEW’s ACA qualification.
What can I do for your organisation?
My deal responsibilities include drafting information memoranda, researching potential purchasers, assisting on valuation engagements and undertaking financial analysis/modelling. These all support key parts of the deal process.
Deal success
- I supported in the provision of full-advisory services in a mandate to facilitate the exit of the shareholders from their business, a rotational moulding business. I assisted in drafting the information memoranda and generated the potential purchaser list following in-depth research into the sector.
- An additional project I have worked on was the sale of a group of specialist accident repair centres to a private equity backed accident repair business. I assisted on the information memoranda and throughout the due diligence process.
At PKF, I am currently working on a range of mandates and look forward to helping our team achieve further high value results for our clients in the future.
Personally speaking
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and either weightlifting or attending classes as I find it a good stress reliever. I enjoy going to the cinema, theatre and to concerts including Fall Out Boy and Taylor Swift.
I love socialising with friends, particularly going out for food or drinks, but I am equally happy with a takeaway and movie night! I also love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit several destinations the most memorable of which was Costa Rica as the scenery was incredible and seeing sloths in the wild was amazing.
