I am generally sector agnostic and have supported on projects across various markets from automotive and leasing to professional services and franchise.
My responsibilities include researching and producing lists of potential purchasers, undertaking financial analysis to support with valuations and drafting information memoranda.
Deal success
Since joining the firm, I have been working on a range of mandates including the valuation and sale of an automotive leasing business, the sale of a franchise and fundraising support for a professional services business.
My responsibilities on these projects have been varied and included assisting in the draft of information memoranda, key market research and valuation calculations.
Personally speaking
I am an avid Manchester United supporter and attend almost every home game. I enjoy socialising with friends and family, whether it is going for a catch up and food or a hike in the countryside, with usually a few drinks as a reward!
I love to travel, and most recently have completed an inter-railing trip across Central and Southern Europe, as well as weekend breaks in Morocco and Iceland. In the future I look forward to going a bit further afield on my travels.
