At PKF Smith Cooper, the home of PKF in the Midlands, we have experienced a year of substantial growth. Team numbers have grown by 14% across our core and group companies, and our partner team has been strengthened with three new additions. We have also focused on enhancing our specialist capabilities for the benefit of clients through a string of senior hires, including directors in capital allowances, R&D and employment tax.

James Bagley, Managing Partner at PKF Smith Cooper, commented: “We are delighted to be recognised once again as one of the leading providers of accounting services in the UK. At PKF Smith Cooper, our growth this year has been largely fuelled by strategic recruitment, as we continue to expand our expert team to meet the high demand for accounting and advisory services across the Midlands.

“In September, we announced ambitious plans to double the size of our company within the next five years, and investing in our team through ongoing recruitment, as well as internal progression and development opportunities, will prove crucial in achieving our goal. Thank you to the PKF SC team for all their hard work this year, I look forward to seeing what we will achieve in the next 12 months.”
